  • This is the first journal for depression I've seen that actually seems like it is written by someone who understands the daily struggles of depression. Super easy to use, even on down days. The author uses a daily two-page format with one page of simple checklists and fill-in-the-blanks and another page for writing or drawing (or scribbling). It's an easy to use size (about the size of a composition book) and has a clear font (the friend I gave it to said she could even read it through tears.) The tips at the front of the journal are encouraging, compassionate and feel very doable. No pressure, just encouragement to see every daily victory for what it is. So glad to have this journal to share with those that need it.
